SHIPPING

Please allow 1-2 Business days for your order to be processed and packed before shipment.

During busy promotional periods please allow additional time for your order to be packed and dispatched.

If you are in urgent need of your items, please leave a note when ordering and we will process your order as quickly as possible.

All prices listed above are in AUD.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES, CUSTOMS, AND DUTIES

All orders outside of Australia are subject to their own duties and tax fees of their destination country. Costs differ between countries and ETEIRE is not responsible for these fees. We advise checking with the local customs authority for an accurate calculation of any duties or taxes payable.

If a customer refuses their package, they are responsible for all original shipping fees, taxes, and return shipping which will then be deducted from their issued credit note once the package has arrived back to our warehouse.

 

PRE-ORDER POLICY

All items labelled ‘PRE-ORDER’ will be dispatched after the estimated date listed on the website. All pre-sale items must be paid in full, including any shipping costs in order to secure the purchase of the product.

Pre-order items are NOT available for immediate delivery.

Shipment of in-stock items will be delayed until items labelled ‘pre-order’ can also be fulfilled. It is recommended to make two separate orders if you wish to receive in-stock items as soon as possible.
