Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. For any reason, if you are unhappy with your order, all items are eligible for return within 14 Days of the order date for a store credit only.

Conditions for Return:

All items must be in original, unworn, unwashed, unaltered condition with all original tags and packaging, no makeup, stains,  or odours (including deodorant or perfume). The return will not be accepted if any of these conditions are not met.

Swimwear MUST also have the original hygiene sticker still attached to be eligible for store credit or exchange.

We request all swimwear must be tried on with undergarments.

If any of the above conditions are not met, Eteire has the right to refuse your return.

Returns Process:

Email info@eteire.com to lodge your return and include the following:

  1. Order number

  2. The item you wish to return

  3. Reason for return

Please note, it is the customers responsibility to cover all shipping costs related to returning their item.

Once you have emailed our returns portal, we will assess your request and supply you with a return address. We recommend shipping with a trackable service, if the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to process your return.

Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return your purchase for a credit note with which you can use to place a new order for your desired items.

Store credits do not expire and are issued to the original email address from the original order.

Faulty Items

All our items are meticulously quality checked throughout manufacturing and before shipment. However, if you receive a faulty item, please email our team at info@eteire.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your order providing supporting imagery and we will get back to you accordingly.

Please also note, faulty items do NOT include those that have already been worn.

Eteire Returns policy is subject to change without notice. The version of the policy in effect at the current time will apply to your return.
